  1.                                  ABOUT TRICOLOR
  2.  
  3. TRICOLOR is a game of colorful triangles.  Each triangle has different colors on each
  4. side.  The object of the game is to match the colors as you put all the triangles together
  5. to form one large triangle.  For each match you get, you receive points.  The points are 
  6. fewer as you begin to build the triangle, and become greater as the possibilities of match-
  7. ing triangles become less, and as time to complete the triangle runs out.  The registered
  8. version has 10 levels (unregistered version has 5 levels), 3 difficulty options (the
  9. unregistered version has only the normal difficulty option), and a scorebox for the
  10. highest ranking scores (the unregistered version does not record high scores).  There
  11. is a choice of two musical scores, downloaded from America OnLine, to play during
  12. the course of the game.  For the rules of the game, and game strategy, press the "HELP"
  13. button on the introductory screen.

  38.  
  39. TRICOLOR is a windows program and must be installed from Windows.  This is the
  40. install procedure for a download:
  41. 1) Extract all files to Directory "TEMP"
  42. 2) For windows versions prior to Win95, go to Program Manager->Run and type
  43.        C:\TEMP\SETUP, then hit "OK" or the return key.
  44.    For Win95, go to START->Run and type C:\TEMP\SETUP and hit "OK" or the return key.
  45. This is the install procdure from discs:
  46. 1) Insert Disc 1 in your disc drive.
  47. 2) For windows versions prior to Win95, go to Program Manager->Run and type A:\setup,
  48.    then hit "OK" or the return key.  For Win95, go to START->Run and type A:\setup,
  49.    and hit "OK" or the return key.

  65. a computer.  However, installation on a network server for the sole purpose 
  66. of distribution to one or more other computer(s) shall not constitute a "use"
  67. for which a separate license is required.  Customer may either (a) make one 
  68. copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes provided that 
  69. such copy must bear the copyright notice contained in the original, or (b) 
  70. transfer the software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original 
  71. solely for backup or archival purposes.

  73. COPYRIGHT: Purchase of this software does not transfer any right, title, or 
  74. interest in the software to customer except as specifically set forth in 
  75. this License Agreement.  Customer is on notice that the software is

  88. upon breach.  In the event of breach, customer will either return all copies 
  89. of the software to me, or provide me with a certificate of destruction of 
  90. all copies.

  93. software will function in any particular manner of the customerÆs machine.  
  94. It has been purchased as is, with all defects.  In addition, there is no
